\n\nFor our software factory in Porto, we are currently looking for a Social Media Specialist to join our team and contribute to the success of our products. ","skills":"Your responsibilities:
\n\n- Manage social media accounts and run paid campaigns;
\n- Develop social media content from ideation, to designing visuals and crafting engaging copy;
\n- Develop engaging video and static assets for marketing campaigns, social media, and other digital channels;
\n- Create and implement social media marketing strategies, including content calendars and performance measurement;
\n- Supervise community engagement, moderate comments, and monitor daily interactions with posts;
\n- Create monthly reports and campaign performance reports to provide actionable insights and suggestions for improvements based on the data;
\n- Follow social media trends, and make recommendations for optimization and innovation;
\n- Design visual presentations for advertising, and create visual content such as infographics, and other assets for websites, print material, point of sales material.

\n\n \n\nKey Skills and Experience:
\n- Bachelor’s degree or similar education in Social Media Management, or Digital Marketing;
\n- 2+ years of proven experience using graphic design and social media for brand building;
\n- Experience with design tools, such as Figma (mandatory) and Adobe Creative Cloud Experience with social media tools, such as Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager (mandatory);
\n- Passion for and good knowledge of social media;
\n- Experience in B2B marketing;
\n- Experience in designing creative layouts for print and digital channels;
\n- Good at crafting compelling copies;
\n- Experience with Hootsuite would be appreciated);
\n- Video editing skills, with tools such as Adobe premiere or similar is a plus;
\n- Knowledge in further Digital marketing, such as SEO (Search Engine Optimization) practices is a plus;
\n- Fluency in English. Knowledge of German would be appreciated.

\nFor our software factory in Porto, we are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Head of Software Development to lead and manage our software development teams. This leadership role requires a deep understanding of software development, architecture, and management. The Head of Software Development will play a critical role in driving the development of innovative software solutions for our clients, working closely with our Product, Infrastructure/ Security and Consultancy teams.

\n \nKey Responsibilities
\n- Lead, manage, and mentor our software development teams;
\n- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to delivery;
\n- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to propose and develop applications for Mobility and Automotive fields;
\n- Work closely with each project DevLead to secure the best-in-class quality of software products;
\n- Define software development strategies, standards, and best practices;
\n- Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards;
\n- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the development team;
\n- Work closely with product managers and other stakeholders to understand customer requirements and translate them into software solutions;
\n- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.

\n\nKey Skills and Experience
\n- Having strategic thinking and the ability to align software development goals with the overall business objectives;
\n- Skills in building strong teams and mentoring developers and team leads;
\n- Expertise in managing expectations and communication with various internal teams;
\n- Excellent communication;
\n- Proficiency in English is mandatory; proficiency in French or German is a bonus;
\n- Between 5 to 10 years of experience in software development.

\n\nTechnical Expertise
\n- Broad knowledge of Object-Oriented Languages;
\n- Understanding of building and hosting backend services;
\n- Deep understanding of software development, architecture, and best practices;
\n- Knowledge on cloud services, AWS and Azure;
\n- Agile Methodologies: Proficiency in Agile practices and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to ensure flexible and iterative development;
\n- Knowledge of DevOps principles and tools for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD);
\n- In-depth understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle phases;
\n- Experience with software testing strategies including unit, integration, and system testing.

\n \nQualifications
\n- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;
\n- Proven extensive experience in leading and managing software development teams.
